This phenomenon may be due to the contact between the protective cover of the weighing sensor and the weighing platform or improper adjustment of the load limiting device of the weighing sensor, which prevents the weight from being fully added to the weighing sensor.

3. There is a heavy object on the weighing platform, but the display is still "zero". The possible reason is:

5. The displayed value after loading is significantly lower than the load value. Usually, there is a malfunction in the excitation power supply of the weighing sensor.

6. After power on, the display flashes a fixed character shape and does not measure. Generally, the output signal of the weighing sensor is short circuited to the shielding layer, causing the weighing display controller to input a large signal and experience overload. A multimeter can be used to measure the resistance between the sensor and the shielding layer, as well as between the sensor and the ground wire, to identify and eliminate the short circuit.
