Product overview:
The fixed axle weight scale is a metering equipment which measures the axle (group) weight of the vehicle respectively and then accumulates the weight of the vehicle (total weight).
It is mainly composed of scale platform, bottom frame (embedded into the cement floor), limit device, sensor, instrument, junction box and other components. Printer, computer, voltage regulator, power surge and other external equipment can be selected to form a perfect system.
The platform is a frame structure composed of steel plate and section steel welded seamlessly.
During manufacturing, the CNC plasma cutting machine and sawing machine are used to cut the section steel to ensure the dimensional accuracy of the product.
Welding using automatic welding machine for one-time Seiko welding, to ensure the weld strength and weld appearance.
